Global Youth Energy Outlook (GYEO) 2021

Deadline: February 19, 2021

Student Energy is inviting young people across the globe to participate in the Global Youth Energy Outlook (GYEO) questionnaire and get a chance to win exciting prizes.

About the Challenge

The Global Youth Energy Outlook aims to bridge the gap between young people and governments, businesses, and other organizations so that they can meaningfully work together to transform the global energy system, address climate change, and address the world’s most urgent energy needs. With your help, they are creating the Outlook to represent young people’s opinions, priorities, and timelines for the sustainable energy transition. By working across ten diverse global regions, the Outlook will develop regional roadmaps for engaging young people in the energy transition, understanding that the energy system presents unique challenges and opportunities around the world. The Global Youth Energy Outlook will be launched at COP26 in Glasgow!

Student Energy is a global youth-led organization empowering young people to accelerate the sustainable energy transition, engaging 50,000 young people in over 120 countries. A registered Canadian charity, Student Energy has 11 years of experience in building impactful programs by and for young people, including the International Student Energy Summit, Student Energy Chapters, and the Energy System Map.
